Lionpelt trotted to the formidable edge of the gorge as the old tom searched for prey. A herd of plump, slow-witted rabbits had been here earlier, and he wished to catch one. Down below, the river lapped up any plants or rocks that had floated on the top, lashing out for more. He winced at a memory. His sweet-heart, Wisteriatail, had strayed to far to the cliff edge. He remembered her peering over, but Lionpelt had pulled her back, then sternly told her. Are you nuts! Be careful! but she had only replied, What's life without a little risk? She had went back and then plunged to the icy depths, where she met her end.
Gulping, he raced along, forgetting it.

Sageflight was out collecting herbs this fine day, her eyes on the ground as she searched the moors. Today she was out for feverfew and marigold. She knew, here in WindClan territory, there was plentiful merigold. What she was really worried about was the feverfew. If she couldn't find any, then Sageflight could simply head on over to ThunderClan or ShadowClan and ask to borrow some from their stores. But, being the loyal WindClan cat that she was, she was determined to find some on her own.
It was then the detected a scent of another WindClan cat - a warrior tom. She spotted him racing along the gorge, and she wondered if it was for any reason. Nonetheless, she decided that she would enlist his help in finding these herbs. "Excuse me!" she called as she began charging after him. "Would you mind helping me?"

Lionpelt whipped around startled, and his neck fur bristled, but it lay flat down when the sweet scent of the medicine cat Sageflight. Sure enough the silver tabby was bounding along, saying something?? Confused, he shrugged his lean shoulders and padded over. "Sure, I would," he offered, smiling at the medicine cat. She was always a joy to work with, and the last thing he needed to do was get bored.
