Thymemoon's ears drooped. Aww.... Please? she mewed. She wanted to fight again. Not fighting at the last fight left her empty inside, not to mention the images. She wanted to fight something, without having her claws sheathed. You have to let me help! I'm a good fighter! she mewed. She felt like a kit, begging to go out of camp. She felt like she was about to pout too.

[maroon]The tom shook his head stubbornly, leaning forward and staring her straight in the eye. "No." He meowed, leaning back again and sighing at the she-cat's pig-headedness. Ok, her head looked nothing like a pig's. Actually, he hated to admit it, but the she-cat was rather pretty. But she was stubborn as hell, and he might as well be trying to roll an enormous boulder uphill. He'd never had an accomplice, nor did he plan to. Unless you considered Jack his partner in crime, but he couldn't really say that, seeing as they were obliged to work alongside each other as brothers, having shared the same past. [/maroon][/center]

Her ears fell back. Aww....Ok then... she sighed. And I wanted to kick butt! she mewed sadly. she looked away to hide her tears, masking her feelings at the same time. She had been used to doing this from other cats calling her names like, Killer Kit. Queens made thier kits stay away from her and so she was always alone. Even as an apprentice, The only friend she had was Shadestar. she quickly shook the tears off and looked back at Thornstrike, her face dry.

[maroon]The tom stiffened as her voice dropped, and though she turned away, he could smell the salty scent and he wondered if she was actually crying. Guilt poked him hard in the chest. Was he supposed to letting her help him? Finally, he looked away, before meowing grudgingly, "Well... I guess I could let you help. Only a little though. You might end up useful." Turning back to face the she-cat, he swore he would kill all of Starclan if his face looked as red as it felt. Blinking, he wondered why it was of all cats he had let this rival clan warrior get to him, and even more so why he felt slightly happier that it was Thymemoon of all cats. [/center][/maroon]

You smelled them eh? she looked at him questioningly. Don't tell me ok because I cry. I always cry. It's not new or anything. she looked at Thornstrike and smiled. We are both stubborn cats, but I know when to give up.... she stood up and sighed. She stretched and looked up at the sky. It was way past sun-high. I have to get back and start evening patrols.... I'll catch you later..... good-bye Thornstrike. she turned and started to walk off, turning slightly back to watch him as she left until he was out of sight.

[maroon]The tom blinked but didn't say anything as she abruptly stood up, saying her farewell. The tom stared after her, once again realizing that she was the first one to leave and yet again he could not respond. Somehow, it reminded him of the Gathering and how she had somehow managed to put in the last word. Strangely, he found himself smiling as she walked away, as though he couldn't bring himself to be angry with the indifferent she-cat. Rather, she was quite the interesting warrior, and a part of him wanted to learn more about her so that he might understand her thoughts and feelings one day. Wait, what? Who's going to learn more about who? Blinking, he shook his head rapidly, forcing those sappy thoughts out of his head. Standing up, the tom turned and, glancing one last time over his shoulder, walked back towards his camp. He wasn't sure what it was about the she-cat, but he felt as though he wanted to see her yet hated himself for thinking so. Either way, her face wouldn't leave his mind, and he argued with himself until he had reached camp. [/center][/maroon] [Hmmm... I'd say this thread is finished, eh? =)]
